If CBN does not recognized parallel market/ bureau de change why is it that they still exists.Nigeria government is to be blame for d steady increase in dollar exchange rate as against the naira rate. Let CBN sell dollar to commercial banks, fixed the price and maximum quantity to sell to the people and make sure it sanctions any bank that sells above price ceiling. Above all, CBN/Politicians should not politicized the issue of dollars for their own selfish interests. Instead, they should seek for the advice of professors of economics in the country on how to deal with the problem of continuous depreciation of Nigerian naira. Nigeria government should consider returning fuel subsidy because these two issues are responsible for high inflation rate and mass suffering in Nigeria today
