Cubana Chief Priest, the nightlife promoter, has arrived at the federal high court in Lagos for his trial on allegations bordering on naira abuse.
Cubana was driven to the court around 8:45 am on Wednesday by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) operatives under armed police escorts.
The anti-graft agency on Tuesday filed a three-count charge against the social media celebrity.
The nightlife promoter, born Pascal Okechukwu, is accused of spraying and tampering with the naira at a social event — contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.
Cubana will be arraigned before Kehinde Ogundare, the judge.
The social media celebrity is well known for his luxurious lifestyle.
Cubana is also known for his affiliation with Davido, the Afrobeats singer.
