Revealed! Oritsejafor’s plans to rig CAN election for preferred candidate

Crisis has engulfed the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) across States and churches over Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s plot to rig the forthcoming CAN national presidential election in favor of his preferred candidate.

Mr. Oritsejafor and his henchmen have been engaging in manoeuvring age-old electoral traditions of the CAN, according to our correspondent.
It was further gathered that he has plotted to undermine the Electoral College by way of inviting an additional 32 church leaders with whom he will hold a strategic meeting on Friday morning in Abuja.

Mr. Oritsejafor fears that his successor may probe him and expose acts of corruption in the association under his watch.

A prominent Christian leader in Nigeria who spoke on the condition of anonymity said that men and women of conscience will fight Mr. Oritsejafor and his men to the end, ensuring that the leadership is decided by a fair, democratic process.
