Rivers Crisis: Aisha Yesufu Fires Back At Goodluck Jonathan, Says Ex-President Brought In Wike That Is Causing Problem
Popular Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu, has accused former President, Goodluck Jonathan, of bringing Nyesom Wike to power.

Jonathan urged them to be patriotic in the pursuit of their political ambition and relevance.
Recall that Wike and Fubara have been in a long-standing feud, with President Bola Tinubu intervening to douse the tension brewing in the state.
Reacting to the ex-president’s statement, Yesufu labelled Wike as the major cause of Rivers crisis.
The #BringBackOurGirls Movement convener recalled how Jonathan had influenced Nyesom Wike’s emergence as Rivers state governor.
“Wike that is causing all these problems was brought in by GEJ and his wife Patience.
“Even when Wike was defeated, the Supreme Court was used to say that
CARD READER WAS NOT ADMISSIBLE IN COURT and that judgment reversed the gain of the then amended electoral Act just as the 2023 Supreme Court ruling on the Presidential election reversed the gain of the amended 2022 electoral Act” Yesufu wrote.
