Ortom was listed with an outstanding debt of N950,000 for land in Bazango, an area on the city’s outskirts, while Tambuwal owes N18 million for a plot in Carraway Dallas, located a few miles from Asokoro.
The FCTA cautioned that failure to meet the payment deadline could lead to the revocation of land titles. Payments are to be made via e-payment to the “FCT Department of Land Administration” account.
Additionally, several federal agencies, including the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), the Nigerian Navy, and the Nigerian Police Force, were listed as debtors.
Other defaulters include the Lagos governor’s lodge in Asokoro, the Kaduna State Government, and the State House Abuja.
