Former Senator Dino Melaye has raised concerns regarding the recent developments at Living Faith Church, specifically mentioning Bishop David Oyedepo’s decision to retire his vice president, Bishop David Abioye.

Melaye, in a post on X on Sunday, claimed he did not attend Shiloh 2024 at Canaanland, because it won’t be the same without Abioye.
He wrote:
“I did not attend Shiloh 2024. Because Shiloh without Bishop Abioye is somehow.
“I can’t understand why Bishop Oyedepo, who is older, is not retired, and it is Bishop Abioye who is younger that should be forcefully retired.
“God did not retire Abioye, only Oyedepo did. Let’s watch..”
