A federal high court in Abuja has remanded Olisa Metuh, spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Kuje prison.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which had earlier arrested Metuh, arraigned him on a seven-count charge and Metuh pleaded not guilty to all the charges. In his ruling, Abang Obong, the presiding judge, directed that the PDP spokesman be transferred to the prison from EFCC custody.
