Confession
The spirit of the lord is upon me and by the inspiration of the almighty I shall receive understanding
(job32:8). I receive wisdom from God to do well in my studies, and I shall excel, in Jesus name.
Exhortation
Knowledge, wisdom and understanding are of God. Everyone under the sun needs a good combination of this to maximize the potentials of the mind. It is the divine will of God for students, from the primary school through tertiary institutions and up to the professional level, to do well. Wisdom brings creativity and knowledge establishes that which has been created. God’s desire is to baptize students with the anointing to understand what they are being taught and to be able to effectively communicate it meaningfully and beneficially. When the hand of the lord is upon the brain, the Holy Spirit will bring into remembrance all that has been taught – at examinations or wherever the need arises. A student of Gamaliel who was a doctor of law. After his conversion, the knowledge of the law became a mighty instrument in the fulfillment of his purpose of taking the gospel to the gentiles.
He even ended up writing two-thirds of the New Testament as we know it today. (Paul knew the law, yes. But he also discovered that salvation is not by the law but by grace.) Failure of students at times could be the result of witchcraft manipulation. There are cases of students who are academically brilliant but experience failure in examinations. Some student are not just able to go beyond a particular level of performance, putting a limit to what they can achieve academically. God, by his great and mighty power, want to change that situation for the best. As you pray these prayers, God will baptize you afresh for academic excellence, in the name of Jesus.
