Dishonesty is like dung; one goes to such great extents to commit it. But when the culprit is a young woman, the stench that emanates from her treacherous act beclouds any likely reprieve she might enjoy in thought or estimation of the society. Lola Odunuga, the ebony-hued owner of Playbarn unarguably loves dung.
She brazenly parades herself like a cesspit of tactlessness and perfidious acts hence her wanton predilection to renege on what is severally tagged in business and industrial parlance as a “gentleman’s agreement.”
If you take time to ask around, most people would rather seek pawpaw on a pear tree, believe a gambler or an epitaph, or any other thing that’s false, before they trust in Lola. She has exhausted her goodwill with her clients.
As you read, she has burned through the large deposits of trust she erstwhile enjoyed from her clients to the extent that, hardly any of her clients believes her anymore. Sources close to her revealed that doing business with her is a big risk for anyone.
It was saddening yet enlightening to see Lola betray the trust reposed in her by Aborisade. It is even more instructive to note that she committed such hideous act of treachery on behalf of her husband. Lola runs a play center for kids and organizes event for them, ranging from birthday parties to graduation ceremonies. Located at Ladipo Omotesho Cole Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Recently, a top businesswoman who loves to invest where opportunities abound became the latest victim of Lola’s dubious act. Lola approached the woman and her manager, Philip Aborisade about a business opportunity that will yield interest. She begged them to invest in her thriving event business and the woman who apparently ignorant of Lola’s previous mischievousness, gave over N20million to her for investment. Immediately she collected the money, she had a rapid dialogue with her legs. She absconded.
When they later got hold of her, Lola told them that she divested the money into another business– her husband fishery business. She said her husband who is getting a loan from CBN would pay up later. This was never the agreement between her and Philip Aborisade. It is hard to fathom that a bowel that spews the deepest desires, often also emit the deadliest hate. Very sad, Lola has since been avoiding them. All efforts to get Lola to hear her own side of the story proved abortive as her number 070…………….30 was not reachable at the time of filing this report.
