Billionaire business guru, Capt. Hosa Okunbo, has distanced himself from all social media accounts in his name. The attention of Dr Okunbo has been drawn to some social media hoodlums and fraudsters impersonating him on social media platforms.
And this is to inform the general public that Dr. Idahosa Okunbo doesn’t have any social media account and he’s not on Instagram and Facebook.
According to the statement, “ Dear friend, It has been brought to my attention that certain fraudulent elements have recently engaged in the practice of impersonating me on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram included). As despicable as these acts are, they have taken it a step further by soliciting for funds from unsuspecting individuals in the name of contract incentives.
Obviously, anyone in their right mind should be able to see through this charade, as such 419 practices are commonplace in Nigeria. However, for the avoidance of doubt, I have now deemed it necessary to refute these practices publicly and to state categorically, once and for all, that I am not on social media!!! I do not own or run any social media accounts!!! I am much too busy to do so!!! Do not be deceived by images of myself, my wife or my children that have been put up online to sell this lie.
Please beware of these jobless fraudsters!!! Anyone who gets involved in dealings with them does so at his or her own risk.
