A man should learn to pick his battles very wisely. Even a career fool would never take a knife to a gun-fight. But Femi Fani-Kayode, former Minister of Aviation and publicity director of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan re-election train, like a suicidal jester, brandished a jack-knife to fight cannon balls.
The consequence of course, is better imagined. As you read, Fani-Kayode is still in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and the judge that will preside over his case has been unquestionably absent which has however frustrated the former minister’s girlfriend, Precious Chikwendu.
The hearing which was fixed for today has once again been cancelled because of the Judge’s absent in Court. This infuriated Precious as she storms out of the court premises and her baby daddy, Femi Fani-Kayode was handcuffed and taken back into custody.
