If there is one cup most Nigerians wish to pass over them, it is spending hours in queue to buy fuel. This problem has lingered for years and every successive administration had tried to solve but it has remained a puzzle they grappled with and succumbed to. Everyone had thought the present administration of Buhari will use its magic wand to solve this problem, but alas, fuel scarcity seems to be enjoying much airtime than it did during previous administration.
Driving round the city of Lagos, TheCapital correspondent discovered long queue of vehicles at major fuel stations in the city while some of the stations are not even selling fuel. The cause of the scarcity is still unknown as at the time of filing this report.
Motorists who spoke to TheCapital however urged the government to quickly intervene before the crisis escalates.
