Yet another celebrity marriage has gone down the drain over domestic violence. Actress Mercy Aigbe the beautiful wife of Lagos hotelier, Lanre Gentry’s marriage of 7years has packed up after the lagos big boy battered her few days ago.
Reports according to Lindaikeji revealed that the top notch Yoruba screen goddess has been enduring domestic violence for a long time in her marriage, but it got worse recently. It was gathered that the couple had a dirty fight last week that left the actress severely injured and left to nurse her wounds in an undisclosed hospital in Lagos.
Perhaps, still nursing her wounds, the emotionally ridden actress updated via her Instagram page hinting on domestic violence with a post that reads, “SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE…Only a coward hits a woman! Real men don’t hit”.
In was seemed as a response to her post, Lanre Gentry posted on his IG page saying, “’Say No to the promiscuous and irresponsible women”. But he has since deleted the post and uploads a picture of himself and his wife, with a caption, “I love my wife so much”.
Furthermore, information gathered revealed that Mercy Aigbe’s husband, Lanre has a fair skinned mistress named Opemititi who has allegedly been fingered as the one responsible for her hubby’s change of attitude.
