• Mike Adenuga dissatisfied and disappointed in Peter Okoye
Conflict is a normal part of everyday experience, it could be within the family, business or any other part of one’s daily lifestyle, but how one manages the conflict determines one’s progression in future endeavours.
Peter of Psquare must have gone over the edge following the conflict that ensued between him and his brothers, Jude and Paul Okoye, which could have caused the musical duo their ambassadorial status at the Nigeria’s indigenous telecommunication, Globacom as reported by naij.com.
According to the report, it was said that the management of Globacom, own by the billionaire business mogul, Mike Adenuga, has refused to renew P-Square’s contract as the company’s ambassador.
While Mike Adenuga recently renewed the contract of its ambassadors, he decided to halt Peter and Paul Okoye’s endorsements, a situation which means the duo may not remain as the company’s ambassadors, immediately their current contract expires. A top manager in GLO, who spoke with the correspondent on the condition of anonymity disclosed that the decision was imposed due to the show of shame that ensued between the company’s representatives and Peter, one half of the P-Square twins during the grand finale of the Dance with Peter talent hunt show.
He also admitted that GLO had defaulted on some of its promises made as the sole sponsor of the show but expressed dissatisfaction on how Peter overreacted by insulting our hierarchy in the process. It was gathered that when Mike Adenuga heard of the development, he felt embarrassed and gave the order that Psquare can no longer be his company’s ambassador.
