According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano said: “Al Ahli proposal remains valid on table but will only be activated if Chelsea can’t agree on terms with Osimhen.”
A former Chelsea player who spoke in the condition of anonymity told THEPAPERS’ Bureau-Chief-Editor that Osimhen’s attitude towards wages reduction could take him to unwanted destination.
“He’s making things difficult for himself, his agent not helping him, and he doesn’t have good advisers. What’s the big deal in taking pay cut to salvage your career but he want huge money to dream land,” Ex-Chelsea player told ThePapers authoritatively.
“He wants to play for Chelsea and Napoli have noticed he wanted Chelsea and Chelsea are not ready to splash such amount of transfer fee on him except he reduces his wages so that he can part ways with Napoli for life but he’s being adamant, this same way his agent behaving.
“Frankly speaking, he may end up moving to Saudi Arabia. Some people are already advising him to come to Saudi and I will not be surprised to see him there before transfer window closed.”
“He must move this weekend either to Saudi or Kuwait, he must leave Napoli by all means or he will regret not taking pay cut from Chelsea,” Ex-Chelsea star told ThePAPERS in London.
