Again! PDP Senate Minority Leader sacked from National Assembly

Politics around the world is a game of interest and what benefits the politician more. Since the All Progressive Congress (APC) won the presidential election in March, the Peoples Democrartic Party (PDP) which is their strongest contender has been under trails and immense humiliation in the political scene.

After the sack of six Federal Lawmakers from the PDP camp, the court of Appeal has moved further to sack the minority leader senator, Godswill Akpabio, former two term Governor of A’ibom State.

It was gathered that the Court of Appeal announced the violation to the electoral act during the election between the Senate Minority leader and his opponent of the APC, Inibehe Okori. The Court in its ruling however ordered a re-run of the election in 90 days.

From all indication, the ruling party is gradually eliminating the PDP from high profile political seats in the country’s political scene.
