Adultery scandal! Who is after Revival Assembly pastor, Anselm Madubuko?

It has been said that a pastor’s attitude towards home and his flock can be surmised in three words: Aisle. Altar. Aplomb. But mischief-makers who are after Pastor Anselm Madubuko of the Revival Assembly, have added a fourth ‘A’ – Adultery. In a stunning revelation, according to NET, an online publication, that arguably affirms the argument that altars reveal the flaws of the clergy as much as it elevates them, the Revival Assembly Senior Pastor, on October 18, 2015 allegedly confessed to having engaged in adulterous escapades with a female member of the church.
According to NET, “Pastor Madubuko, a widely acclaimed cleric, knelt before his congregation to apologise and seek forgiveness from them. Madubuko reportedly admitted an extramarital relationship with popular musician, K-Solo’s ex-wife, Kikelomo Akinkunmi, for three months. He said, “She came to him as a prayer warrior and he didn’t suspect foul play till it was too late.”
Quoting a source within the church, NET revealed that Kikelomo was expelled from the church after members got wind of her clandestine love affair with their highly respected pastor. She was allegedly expelled along with a certain Pastor Uche. Pastor Madubuko’s Kenyan wife, Emmy Kosgei, was reportedly in attendance during his revelation and plea for forgiveness; sources said she consoled him as he wept terribly in front of the congregation.
Madubuko, founder and senior pastor of Revival Assembly, and widower of Connie, is married to Emmy Kosgei, a Kenyan gospel singer.
According to YES, “Apostle Anselm Madubuko, has described the report as fictitious, baseless, senseless and shocking a satanic rumour currently flying all over the social media”. Alarmed by the unfounded and inexplicable allegation, Madubuko, who spoke exclusively to YES INTERNATIONAL! Magazine around 10 pm, insisted that ‘Nothing like that happened’. Adding: ‘I never knelt down to apologise to anybody…In fact, I don’t know where they got their tales by moonlight from’.
Still at a loss as to why someone who claims to be a journalist could hit the information super highway with such a story, if at all it exists, and without any confirmation; and also why any serious medium could publish such without proper investigation, we learnt that a legal action will follow soon”.
However, the acerbic report beggars belief.
