Christ Embassy, like many churches in Nigeria, is organized in zones, regions, pastoral units and cells. The leadership of the church is headed by the Central Executive Council, CEC, this is the foremost executive committee of the ministry with about 8 members.

Apart from that there is the capacity of the Chief Executive Officer of Believer’s Love World Inc. This is a position that Pastor Deola Okeowo Phillips has served in. Pastor Deola as she is fondly called, is the Director of The Healing School of Christ Embassy; a healing ministry of Rev. Chris Oyakhilome. She is also the director of the International School of Ministry- Christ Embassy’s top Bible School. Pastor Deola is also the Zonal Director of Lagos Zone 5 which has many of churches including the Christ Embassy branch in Lekki, by Chisco roundabout, where Pastor Deola ministers most of the time.

Members of Christ Embassy and the campus outreach, Believers’ Love World (BLW) are constantly ingrained with the principles of giving of their resources and time, towards winning of souls into the Kingdom of God. So giving is seen as a lifestyle by both pastors, leaders and members of Christ Embassy.

Pastor Deola is very well loved by members of Christ Embassy and has won multiple awards for being the highest giver in her region. Pastor Deola is a young looking stylish and beautiful woman. She is tall and slender too and wears power dressing outfits.

On Sunday January 24, 2016 she announced to her congregants that the church is moving from the current location which is beside the Parktonian Hotel on the Lekki-Epe expressway.
According to Pastor Deola, the new church will be on the other side of the expressway, not far from Oando Filling Station.
It was an excited church that received the news. She went on to say how she got the parcel of land which costs N1.2 billion without having to ask for donations from members of the church. She then went on to say that they have an opportunity to key into the project by working together to build the 25,000-seater auditorium for Christ Embassy Zone 5.
Of course many of the church members were gingered by the news; and this is one of the reasons they look up to her as an inspirational giver. Pastor Deola has been born again for decades, gave her life to Christ in 1985 as a boarding student at the International School Ibadan, ISI; even though her roots are Anglican.
