According to FootballTransfers, Galatasaray have reportedly finalized a major breakthrough in negotiations with Napoli to secure the permanent signing of Nigeria international Victor Osimhen.

According to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, both clubs have reached an agreement on payment structure and bank guarantees.
He reported on X: “Galatasaray and Napoli have reached an agreement on bank guarantees and payment plans. Of the €75 million transfer fee, €40m will be paid up-front. The remaining €35m will be paid in installments.”
This report has been further verified by renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who added that Galatasaray will complete the €35 million in add-on payments by the end of 2026.

Despite being linked with high-profile clubs including Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus, Manchester United, and Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, Osimhen made clear his desire to remain in Istanbul.
