Malik Obama, a Kenyan-American businessman, has over time made headlines for his unexpected political endorsements and personal controversies as opposed to his half-brother.
Malik’s bond with Barack has worsened over years as speculated by reports. Malik had once criticized the former president for not supporting a foundation he established in their father’s name, this coupled with his numerous dissatisfaction over the leadership style of Barack Obama during his tenure.
Malik Obama who serves as the lead ambassador for Puppet, a software configuration management tool, has been a supporter of Trump since 2016. He recently praised Trump’s straightforwardness and his campaign slogan “Make America great again”.
Malik’s disappointment with his half-brother involvement that led to Muammar Gaddafi’s death has further constrained the brothers’ relationship.
