It is now a year and few months that Message Clothiers’ boss Ifeanyi Okonkwo parted ways with his estranged wife, Chinedu.
Latest information available now has it that the clothier who operates from the upscale Opebi Lagos is in fresh romance and may even try another shot at matrimony. We gathered that the new flame whose identity is still being kept secret has been a regular visitor at Ifeanyi’s Ajah Lagos home. Their closeness has been compared with that between the butterfly and nectar; they are so close now that tongues have started wagging at the possibility of the romance heading for the altar.
Ifeanyi Message, as he is fondly called by admirers, and his wife went their separate ways sometime ago after the two discovered they were not compatible. Not a few pointed accusing fingers to Ifeanyi, whose lifestyle was mostly about socialising.
Some believed he paid much more attention to making money at the expense of his family, as he would travel miles away from home without looking back in days. The low-cut wearing Chinedu reportedly became bored and lonely; as the longing to be cherished took the better part of her. This reportedly led to their separation.
Chinedu quit the space she occupied for her business inside the Message building on Opebi street Ikeja Lagos. The place has since been converted to a new business venture by Ifeanyi Okonkwo.
