Air Peace passengers were on Saturday night left to spend the night at the Departure Hall of the MM1 wing of the Lagos airport.

In an era where time is money, it is disheartening to witness the blatant disregard for customer care by some airlines, particularly Air Peace.

The standard of the airline service has plummeted to an alarming low recently, leaving passengers stranded for hours with no information or support. This situation has become a recurring nightmare for many, turning what should be a convenient mode of transport into a source of frustration and loss. …CONTINUE READING

According to the passengers, the flight was scheduled for 10:00a.m., but unfortunately till 11:00p.m on Saturday night the airline officlas failed to communicate the reasons for the delay and this behavior led passengers fuming and disappointed in the management of the airline.

Imagine arriving at the airport with your itinerary carefully planned out, only to find yourself stuck for hours (from 10:00 am till 11:00 pm night) without any update from the airline. The clock ticks away, business appointments are missed, and plans unravel—all because of an airline’s insubordination. The lack of communication and accountability is not just an inconvenience; it’s a serious breach of trust.

Air Peace has failed to uphold its responsibility to its customers, leaving them in the dark, quite literally.

This disregard for time and the commitments of passengers is unacceptable. People rely on airlines to get them where they need to be, on time and without undue stress. When an airline consistently fails to deliver, it disrupts lives, careers, and businesses. It’s a cycle of inefficiency that must be broken. This poor alarming attitude is not the first time the controversial Nigeria’s airline trading in such a wicked scene.

The government can no longer stand idly by while citizens suffer due to the negligence of Air Peace. Regulatory bodies must step in to hold the airline accountable for its poor service delivery. Strict measures should be put in place to ensure that airlines maintain communication with their passengers and adhere to schedules. If these issues are not addressed promptly, they will continue to erode public confidence in air travel, leading to broader economic and social consequences.

This is a call to action for the government and aviation authorities to take immediate steps to protect consumers and ensure that air travel standards in Nigeria meet global expectations.

Passengers deserve better, and it’s time for the government to enforce the rights of travelers. We cannot continue to allow businesses to operate with such disregard for their customers. The time for change is now, before more appointments are missed, more plans are disrupted, and more trust is lost.

Let this be the beginning of a movement toward greater accountability and respect for the time and lives of all air travelers in Nigeria “Time is Money, and Air Peace is Wasting Both. It’s time for the government to step in and put an end to poor customer care and endless delays.

Passengers deserve better! #AirPeace #AviationReform #CustomerCareMatters
