Reactions As Shehu Sani Said Hunger ls A Weapon Fashioned Against The Poor That Has Now Prospered

Several reactions surfaced on social media after Senator Shehu Sani posted on his official handle about the present economic hardships experienced in the country. He made a post stating that hunger is a weapon formed against the poor and it has prospered.

This statement was made on Monday on his official handle following the economic hardships experienced as a result of the removal of fuel subsidy.

He posted on his handle: “Hunger is a weapon fashioned against the poor that has now prospered.” After he made this statement, people reacted to his remarks.

Some concurred with what he said, explaining that Nigerians are going through a lot of challenges. Explaining that some could hardly feed and meet their daily needs. Thus government should do something to alleviate the present sufferings of Nigerians.

Others expressed hope that the situation will take a U-turn. Northern 2.0 said, “It will not fully prosper. Relief will surely come.” Below are some of the reactions:
