“Halima wasn’t legally married to our father”…Children cry out

After the days of mourning are over and his corpse is safely interred six feet into the earth, Chief Deinde Fernandez may rouse to the racket his colossal wealth stirs in his wake. Following his demise, family of the world renowned billionaire have taken up arms to prosecute a wild and avoidable war – each relative gunning like a wild combatant for generous portions of the late billionaire’s estate. No sooner did Fernandez die than his wife, Halima, his children and extended family members engage each other in a bloody battle for control of his estate

The Capital findings revealed that several factions have emerged in the ensuing brouhaha that has Halima, his widow, battling his older children on one hand, and the extended family members on the other. Immediately after he died, Halima took charge of his properties within her grasp, while the other family members took possession of parts of his estate within their reach. According to an insider, it has become a case of survival of the fittest as everyone is fighting the other for what they can hold on to until his will is made public.

According to Abimbola, one of his children, ” Go back to Kano and be with your family. You are not part of ours and aren’t entitled to anything. You were not legally married to Dehired Fernandez”

In a tweet by Halima, she said, “still mourning my husband, but seems like I can’t catch a break from decedents of houseniggers fake royaltys”
In response to her tweet, Abimola took to her Instagram page to post the following, “Nigerians, I present the real Halima, not only is she a trash bag, she also tweeted, “go bury that whore’s ashes” my dead mother was cremated and not buried.

One can only assume she’s referring to dad’s children who were born of African-American mothers in the above tweet which includes me. Go back to Kano and be with your family. You are not part of ours and aren’t entitled to anything. #wheresyapapers? #youhidthewillinthatsaferight? Didn’t dad tell you he wanted to be buried back home? Why didn’t you invite his children to his funeral? Why are you legally battling his heirs? F**k ouuta here. @delemomoduovation expose this disgrace

The ovation boss has also been dragged in the family mess as he replied, “@hiibim pls pls pls, calm down. Let’s resolve this to preserve your great dad’s memory. I will speak to Aunty Teju and others urgently”.
However, one cannot help but ask, how can ones father, a man that popular and influential be buried without the consent his adult children?

Some are of the opinion that Halima Fernandez is evil and the late billionaire was bewitched by Halima.
