Why Peter Obi Can’t Be President Until 2039 – Ex-Atiku-Okowa Spokesman, Bwala

A swipe has been taken on Peter Obi, Labour Party, LP, Presidential Candidate at the 2023 Presidential Election by Daniel Bwala, former spokesman for the defunct Atiku-Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, over his Presidential ambition.

Bwala said Obi has to wait till 2039 before he can be considered to be the President of Nigeria.

In a statement on his X Handle (formerly Twitter), Bwala said that for the former Anambra State Governor to become the President of Nigeria, he has to wait for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to finish his Two Terms at the helms of affairs of the country, with power returning to the north for another eight years.

He stressed that come 2039, power will  return to the South, in which case, Obi can now be considered for the exalted political position in the Country.

Bwala stated, “@PeterObi only stands the chance to be Nigerian president from 2039 when he will clock 79, or above 79 years.

“By then his message would no longer be “vote me because I am the younger of the candidates” but it will be “vote me because age doesn’t matter but capacity.

“The reason is @officialABAT will finish his two terms, then power would come to the north for another 8 years, before it goes to the south.

“The e-rodents who keep shouting “we are the youth” by then would be saying “we are the elders”. Blessed week ahead.”
