Wigwes: Weeklong Burial Programme Released

Herbert Wigwe; his wife, Chizoba; and eldest son, Chizzy, died in a helicopter crash in the United States of America.

According to the programme, on March 4, 2024, the Bankers Committee’s Celebration of Herbert will hold, followed by a Service of Songs for Chizzy on March 5, 2024 and another Service of Songs for the deceased Wigwes in the evening of the same day.

On March 6, from 11am to 3pm, a commemoration event will celebrate Herbert’s impactful contributions in the Social Impact Space, followed by an Evening Service of Songs for Herbert at Redeemed Christian Church, City of David Parish, Lagos State.

On March 7, a Service of Songs will be held at the parish where the father of the late Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc worships.

On the same day in Port Harcourt,  the Rivers State capital,  Chizzy will be interred,  while a Service of Songs will be held for Herbert and Chizoba.

On March 8, a funeral service will be held for Herbert and Chizoba before their interment.

There will be a reception for guests on March 9, and a Thanksgiving Service on March 10.
