TCAM Chairman Lauds Osun Govt, Associates Over Appointment

High Chief Oladebo Akeem Akanfe, has expressed his appreciation to the Osun State Government, Traditional Complementary and Alternative Medicine (TCAM), and well-wishers for the honor bestowed upon him to steer the ship of TCAM.

Akanfe was recently appointed the Chairman of TCAM.

In a statement, signed by the Acting Spokesman, Osun TCAM, Dokita Luqman Oseni Ajulo,  Akanfe acknowledged the privilege bestowed upon him to serve the state in that important position.

While expressing his gratitude to the Osun State Government for the trust placed in him, he however pledged an unwavering dedication to diligently fulfill his duties, and contribute to the growth and development of Osun State.

Akanfe said he recognized the vital role played by herbal associations in his journey, and thanked TCAM for its steadfast support.

He also disclosed that the association’s encouragement has been instrumental in achieving this milestone, and looked forward to continued collaborations to advance the goals of TCAM.

As an herbalist, Chief Akanfe emphasizes the importance of Traditional Complementary and Alternative Medicine in promoting health and wellness.

He promised to work closely with herbal associations to advocate the recognition and respect of TCAM practitioners in healthcare.

The Osun State Chairman anticipates fruitful collaborations with stakeholders in the TCAM community to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of local communities.

Akanfe said he was excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in his role as the Osun State Chairman of TCAM
